TurnKey Lender names Marc Pickren CEO of the Americas

TurnKey Lender, a global enterprise fintech with 180 customers in over 50 countries, announced Friday that Marc Pickren is joining the company as Chief Executive Officer for North America. Pickren is expected to build upon the 350% growth TurnKey experienced in the America’s over the past two years.

Prior to his latest appointment, Pickren served as the CEO of OutboundEngine – a marketing automation platform for SMBs that was acquired in 2021. Pickren was also previously the senior vice president of direct to consumer operations for real estate servicing giant Mr. Cooper, and the head of e-commerce for e-retailer APMEX.

“Marc’s leadership, vision and authenticity are ideally suited to Turnkey Lender’s culture, and I am very confident that he will help TurnKey Lender to lead the embedded lending revolution further,” said Dmitry Voronenko, Global CEO of TurnKey Lender. Speaking on behalf of Turnkey Lender’s executive leadership team, “We are looking forward to serving our clients even better and achieving exceptional growth in our Americas business with Marc at the helm.”

Founded in 2014 in Austin, Texas, TurnKey Lender operates as a software-as-a-service provider that designs products for automating the entire lending process. Their software ranges from traditional and alternative lending, SME financing, grant management, money lending, leasing, trade finance and in-house financing.

Functioning internationally, its products are aimed at financial institutions of all sizes – from large/mid-size banks to digital lenders to multi-finance companies and trade finance operators.

In an interview with Fintech News, TurnKey’s CEO and Founder, Dmitry Voronenko, said the company saw an opening in the market as the alternative lending niche was in a desperate need of an all-in-one “turnkey” solution which would automate the entire lending process while keeping the loan issuing risks at bay using new credit risk analysis approaches.

“I understood that the future of lending will rely heavily on deep neural networks and machine learning so from the get-go we’ve implemented these technologies into our scoring engine and have been improving the applications of this tech in our tools ever since,” Voronenko said.

In 2021, the software provider partnered and embedded with a number of fintechs making waves in the lending space such as DocuSign, Flinks and BankersLab to support loan applications and automated digital lending processes.

“TurnKey Lender has a deep passion for social good and the democratization of finance,” Voronenko said.

He calls it an honor to join a team that has helped more than 50 million individuals and businesses. “I will do my best to help make positive and meaningful change a keystone of my professional and personal experience at TurnKey Lender.”
