Anywhere Real Estate, the global residential real estate services company formerly known as Realogy, today announced completing its corporate rebrand, according to a press release.
Established in 2006, Anywhere owns a number of national real estate brands and brokerages including CENTURY 21, Coldwell Banker, Corcoran, ERA, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate and Sotheby’s International Realty.
The publicly traded company (now listed under NYSE ticker “HOUS”) also owns national title, settlement, relocation companies, scaled mortgage origination and underwriting joint ventures, and says that the rebrand reflects a broader strategic shift for the company.
The firm announced the rebrand at an Investor Day event last month, saying that the rebrand signals “a deep commitment to reimagine the consumer experience at any point in the real estate transaction journey,” and a broader strategic shift for the company that places an emphasis on building an integrated home buying and selling experience “for any consumer, anywhere.”
The firm also noted at that time that as part of the rebrand, Anywhere will be also align to a new enterprise position.
“This is not only a business and strategic transformation but also a culture change. Our talent strategy, led by our new purpose and positioning, enables us to engage employees anywhere in their career journey,” Anywhere Chief People Officer Tanya Reu-Narvaez stated at that time.
