Funnel Leasing, a renter management software proptech and PERQ, a multifamily renter automation and marketing platform, today announced a partnership integration, according to a press release.
The companies say the aim of the integration is to help property management companies have autonomy over their operations, eliminate limitations imposed on them by tech providers and improve resident experience.
Funnel Leasing says that as a result, PERQ’s AI solution will be integrated into Funnel’s platform to generate “short and long-term personalized nurturing of rental prospects at scale”, and stated that the partnership demonstrates its “continued commitment to an open platform and ethos to building renter-centric technology.”
Lianna O’Brien, Funnels’ lead product manager, says Funnel’s renter-centric model and PERQ’s personalized lead nurturing technology enable follow-ups on leads and create an atmosphere of “home” for renters from the start of their rental journey.
“Integrations like this not only make finding a new apartment easier for renters, they also demonstrate PropTech companies giving property management companies the freedom to run their business with the right solutions for their portfolio, their team, and in general how they want,” O’Brien added in the statement.
The company also claims the integration will reduce costs, while converting leads and streamlining lead management into leases with a single guest card system. It also says the integration is an extension of its mission to help property owners, managers and renters.
Hill also said the new PERQ’s integration will help Funnel to provide onsite teams with solutions like the renter management software, while automating nurture experiences for a higher customer lead conversion.
“The nature of today’s rental market makes it essential that property management companies are able to adopt best-in-class PropTech solutions, said Scott Hill, CEO and Co-Founder of PERQ.
