BatchService, a real estate SaaS proptech, today announced the availability of BatchLeads 3.0, a property intelligence software platform for professionals in the real estate industry, according to a press release.
The aim of the new version is to help customers “improve lead generation,” work more efficiently, close deals and manage communications. The software is based on the previous version of the software and will have new features to improve functionality.
BatchService CEO Jesse Burrell calls BatchLeads 3.0 “the future of property intelligence software” for its new integrations, mobile application and the opportunity to scale one’s real estate business.
“BatchService grew out of our experience and passion for real estate, and we believe this release delivers on our promise to provide the most comprehensive property data and prospecting tool on the market,” he said in the statement.
The software operates on data that comes from property and homeowners, with features including neighborhood and route navigation, both in-person and virtually, to make decisions on new investments, as per the release.
Users can also communicate with property owners and investors from the platform via calls on their desktops and mobile devices. The company also noted that users will be able to give scores to properties and homeowners for deals and outreach. Moreover, workspaces will also be available to develop real estate business, manage leads, campaigns and outreach strategies.
The software is also available as a mobile application, where users can add leads and do all of features stated above.
Apart from BatchLeads, the company also states that Batch Service offers other software for “wholesalers, investors, agents, lenders, title companies, home services and property technology providers.
It also offers BatchSkipTracing, a platform that can be integrated with BatchLeads and gives users access to homeowner data. BatchDialer, on the other hand, is used as a dialing technology, with predictive, manual and inbound dialing for the “sales and cold-calling industry.” Other softwares include BatchDriven, which helps reduce marketing costs and boost margins, and cloud data platform BatchData.
